Reservation, Deposit and Refund Policy

Hazelcott B&B requires a credit or debit card number to
confirm a reservation. We accept all major credit and debit
cards. If you need to cancel, for any reason, please give
more than 2 weeks notice and your deposit will be returned
in full. If it is a late cancellation (less than 2 weeks)
Hazelcott B&B will charge the equivalent of one nights B&B
to the card.

Children

Children are very welcome to share your room. The Haytor
Suite can accommodate two children in the private lounge,
while the Horsham Room can accommodate one small child
but you will lose a chair. A child is considered anyone under
the age of 16

Dogs

Dogs are welcome, if they are well behaved and can sleep
peacefully in the car over night. We have no facilities in the
house for them.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in the house, for the benefit of
guests and staff. However, we do have a covered veranda and
a large garden where you are welcome to smoke.

Evening Meals

Evening meals are available, but we do need plenty of notice.
The benefit of a secluded location means we are 4 miles from
the nearest shops. At the time of booking please inform us of
any special dietary requirements you have.

Liability

Hazelcott B&B can accept no responsibility in regards to
damage caused while using the car parks, all parking is at the
guests own risk.

We accept no liability for damage to persons or property and
recommend that you arrange adequate travel insurance.

Special Offers

Unless otherwise stated, offers apply when two adults book two
nights or more. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any
other promotions, and the terms and conditions detailed on
this page apply.
